Personal data
Personal data box is in the upper left area of the window:
The following data can be entered in the box:
- First name and last name
- Date of treatment commencement
- Duration of treatment
- Doctor in charge
- Date of birtha
- Address
- Town/city
- Phone numbers
- E-mail address
- ID No
- Profession
- Sex
Based on these data, the following information is automatically calculated and displayed:
- Planned date of treatment completion
- Indicator of treatment progress (percentage on the progress bar)
- The number of months remaining to (planned) treatment completion
- Age
In addition to the above-mentioned data, a dental chart showing the condition of the patient’s oral cavity (as in the ‘Tests’ tab) is also available; to see it, click an icon at the bottom:
