This part of the tab is used to save medical records:

The following data can be entered here:

• Orthodontic problem
• Diagnosis
• Dental braces used
• Treatment plan

This information can be entered manually into each window, except for the self-diagnosis box (on the left in the Diagnosis) tab), which is created automatically based on cephalometric analyses performed.

Text in each window can be modified by changing the size, colour or type of font using the editing bar at the top of the window.

This procedure was made easier and now the user only has to click any of the tabs Orthodontic problem, Diagnosis, Dental braces used, Treatment plan to see a drop-down menu that prompts the most popular content. After clicking the selected tab, the text is automatically inserted into an appropriate window.
