One’s own analyses
One’s own analysis is an addition to cephalometric analysis which allows orthodontists to take their own angular-distance measurements based on new or previously selected points.
To perform this analysis, right-click an already created cephalometric analysis, then choose :
In a new window an X-ray image on the right and on the sidebar on the left will be displayed.
To add your own measurement, press the button and then select its type.
Points to be used in one’s own measurement can be inserted by clicking in an appropriate spot in the picture (similar to usual cephalometric analysis), or by selecting and right-clicking the point in the Measuring points section:
To reset the position of the point, select from previously opened menu.
In addition, each measurement may have its own name that can be edited in the field Name of measurement.
When adding measurements is completed, confirm by pressing the button. If you wish to delete your analysis, press the button.
