Medical history

The Medical history tab contains information obtained by an orthodontist:

The patient may give one of three answers to each question: : yes, no, I do not know. Each question may be provided with annotations on the right side of the screen.

All annotations will also be displayed in the Examination and Medical history tabs in the General information window.
