Examination

This tab contains the results of extraoral and intraoral examination. The user (doctor in this case) has several parameters to choose from:

To select a given parameter, simply press the button on the left of the computer mouse. If the selected parameter is correct (i.e. it does not cause any defect/problem, egg. no cracks in the joints), it is highlighted in green. Otherwise, the selected parameter becomes orange.

In some cases, additional information can be entered (e.g. the size of diastema):

The so calledDental Chart (available in the Tooth conditifile) is a part of the intraoral examination.

It can be used to present the patient’s tooth condition in an easy way. To make changes, simply click one of the features below (e.g. extraction) and then select a tooth that has this feature. Changes in dental chart are confirmed by clicking OK

In each newly created patient file all examination options are marked in green. All abnormal parameters will also be shown in the Examination and Medical history tabs in the General informationwindow.
